   David M. Trettin, M.D. Doctor David M. Trettin, orthopedic surgeon, is a partner in the Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Clinic of North Louisiana, located in Monroe, Louisiana. He has served as the Medical Director for Glenwood Sports Care since 1997, which oversees the athletic needs of nearly 50 area high schools and includes seven full-time athletic trainers. Doctor Trettin has also been the head team physician for the University of Louisiana at Monroe since 1994. |
